Amazing staff, awesome location near all the cool spots, and mind-blowing breakfast at a nearby hotel. Room service was great and the bathroom was top-notch. Free Wi-Fi was a bonus, and packing a lunch was so convenient. a super satisfying stay!

Noisy hotel, very small rooms, very poor breakfast. It is not 3 stars hotl for sure

The location of the hotel was great, close to the historic pier area and interesting docks. It made exploring the city really convenient. , having a kettle in the room was a nice touch, it allowed us to make our own tea and coffee whenever we wanted. the breakfast served at the adjacent hotel was really good, with a wide variety of fruits and bread toppings to choose from. We even got to pack a lunch bag for ourselves at a fair price.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the noise from the cocktail bar downstairs was quite disruptive, especially during the weekends when the bar in the adjacent hotel was closed.

We were on the 4th floor and had a fantastic view of the harbour and the big ocean liners coming in. Bar downstairs was run by a lovely barman and drinks were reasonable. Breakfast was huge.

It was a bit hard to find, and lugging heavy luggage to the 4th floor as no lift was very difficult. Bathroom was a bit on the small side with very low toilet.

Iron in the room and underfloor heating in the toilet were very nice, especially when I returned from a rainy and dirty Preikestolen hike!

It's kinda strange to have reception and breakfast in another hotel.

I stayed at Skansen Hostel for a weekend getaway. The check-in process was quick and easy, done on my phone. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a perfect wifi connection from the neighboring Hotel Victoria. The location near the historic pier area was convenient, and I enjoyed exploring the interesting docks. Best value for money in the city, and the option to have an excellent breakfast at The Victoria Hotel next door was a bonus.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The best breakfast set in a lifetime experience....Was very pleased with everything and would advise anyone to stay there.

Room is small but comfortable. Just one thing, the shower room will be very slipy after the shower, I felt down. The floor material should be improved.

The value for money at Skansen was excellent, with comfortable beds and a great shower. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of the town center and close to transport stations. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable.

The hotel breakfast menu could have been improved with better Wi-Fi. The noise from the bar on the ground floor in the early hours of Sunday morning was not a pleasant experience.

It is very well located and has clean rooms with good shower. The reception and breakfast (very good) are in the nice Victoria Hotel, just crossing the street. Free wi-fii internet.

It is quite noisy at night because the pub at the ground floor. The building is old and need some improvement.

I had a fantastic stay at a hostel in a great location by the port with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room had a wonderful view of the port and a clean bathroom. The breakfast at the nearby Victoria Hotel was also delicious. The hostel offered good value for money and provided a comfortable bed and a great shower. I highly recommend this hostel for a weekend away.

Location is excellent and good value for money given the high cost of Stavanger hotels.

Work ongoing outside hotel, and next door hotel Victoria was used for reception and breakfast which was not as convenient as previous stays.

Good breakfast at buffet in the close Victoria Hotel. The position in the center of Stavanger, close to the harbour and the central torget is a plus.

The room was not at the expected comfort level. Especially the building was definitely ugly, also considering the ongoing maintenance work. In an average European country (E.G. German standard), it would have been valuet not more than 35€ b&B.
